How is product packaged?

All items are carefully packaged in a box to avoid any form of damage.

Are the colours of products shown on website accurate?

We have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site. Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

How do I place order on Mahijewellery.com?

Ordering on our store is very easy. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase, click Add to Cart button and place the order. Follow the direction through the check out process to complete your order.

How do I check the status of my order placed?

You can review the status of your order & information in my account section. You may get in touch with us on call or whatsapp in case your order is delayed.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once we received your order, you will receive an email containing details of your order placed. You will also be informed when the product is dispatched to you with shipping details & tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will take an average of 3-6 business days depending on the delivery location.

Can I pay online?

Yes, you can pay online using your Credit Card/ Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI via our Payment Gateway. Please contact us if you face any hassle while making payment.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery Payment Mode in India?

Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery.

 Do you ship to my location / PIN Code? 

Yes, our shipping service is available all over India.

Do you ship International addresses?

No, Currently we do not ship outside of India.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can get in touch with our team before your order is shipped to update your address. We shall not be able to change shipping address once order is dispatched.

Alternately, you can cancel the order immediately and place a fresh order with correct shipping address. Any online payments done, shall be refunded to original payment mode with 2-4 business days.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, we can gift wrap it for you for a nominal amount of Rs. 29/- Kindly get in touch with us once you have placed the order. Gift Wrapping service is only available for prepaid orders.     

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 249/-. Below 249/- we charge a Flat shipping fees of Rs. 39/-
