Are there any shipping charges?

- We charge fixed shipping charges of Rs. 39 for shopping value of Rs. 199 & below. For shopping value above Rs. 199, shipping is absolutely free.

Is COD (Cash-On-Delivery) available?

- Yes, Mahi Jewelry has made COD facility available for the convenience of our customers.

Is COD facility free?

- Yes, currently COD facility is free.

What is the delivery time for different products?

- We ship your products to our courier partners within 24 hours except on Sunday and Public Holidays. Depending on the shipping address it may take 2-5 Days to receive your product.

Will I receive my order in single package?

- Yes, you will receive your product in single package. In case of any exception, we will inform you in advance.

Can I expect delivery on all days of week?

- You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we ship to United States of America & United Kingdom. For other countries, you may contact us.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

- If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, feel free to call our customer care with order number and we will be happy to help you!
